This house faces the Main House, has a nice front porch with seating.\u00a0 There are 2 separate apartments, upstairs and downstairs.<\/p>\n

The upstairs<\/strong><\/span> has 3 private rooms and a cute dining space, homey kitchen, a large separated bathroom, hallway with built-in dish cabinet. All floors are oak.<\/p>\n

Room #1, upstairs Private Room<\/strong><\/span> is furnished with a single bed, large desk with shelves above, dresser, a wicker chair with decorator pillow, and golden color window drapes. Room #2, upstairs<\/strong> <\/span>is a large, pleasant room with a fireplace, furnished with a full-size French style bed, bedside table, and a French dresser, accented with a lovely large picture.\u00a0 The room is very bright with 3 full-length windows in a curved extension of the room, facing the street, and a small stained glass window high up on a side wall.\u00a0 There is a pale blue French side chair, accent rugs, an antique side table, and a floor lamp.\u00a0 There is also a large closet. \u00a0Cost :$350<\/strong><\/p>\n

Room #3 upstairs<\/strong><\/span>, is a large, bright room with 3 windows facing the side.\u00a0 It is furnished with a single bed, small blue sofa, a large study desk with artistic lamp, bureau for clothes, a white wicker bedside table with small lamp, accent rugs, and cheery curtains. \u00a0It has a good clothes closet and a ceiling fan. \u00a0Cost : $300<\/strong><\/p>\n

The downstairs<\/strong><\/span> has shared bedrooms, a cute dining space in front of a brick fireplace, remodeled kitchen, which opens to the back enclosed patio, and a large bathroom.\u00a0 There is a long oak storage bench in the entry hall, oak sliding doors separating two main rooms and Victorian columns at the interior doorways. This is our main apartment for temporary housing needs.<\/p>\n

#1 -The interior bedroom<\/strong><\/span> has 2 single beds, an antique dresser, a tall bureau, antique desk with chair and table lamp, and a large, soft lounge. The long windows have Venetian blinds. There is a cute built-in cupboard with glass doors.\u00a0 $75 per week.<\/p>\n

#2 -The front room <\/strong><\/span>is a multi-purpose room, used for living space and dining when there are no temporary guests.\u00a0 There is a large oval dining table in the curved extension of the room that has 3 large windows, and above the table hangs a light, decorated with ivy.\u00a0 The large table is good for studying, also.\u00a0 There are 2-day beds, which are used as sofas during the day and sleeping during the night.\u00a0 The blankets for the day beds are stored in the long oak bench.\u00a0 This room faces the street and opens to the front porch. \u00a0Cost: $15 per night, or $75 per week, or $250 per month.<\/p>\n

MSS International Student Housing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Main Street Schoolhouse Language Institute is located on the west side of Hamilton, Ohio, just a few blocks from Main Street, where a student can find fast food, family restaurants and buffets, banks, the Cinema, grocery shopping, Walmart, and private shops.\u00a0 There is no bus service, only taxis, but the student housing is located only 1.1 miles from MSS, making it feasible to walk or ride a bike on a nice day.\u00a0 Students usually share rides with students who have cars.\u00a0 Luckily, students can find food, drinks, library, and pharmacy\u2014all within a 3-block radius of home.<\/p>\n

The student houses are completely furnished, ready to move in.\u00a0 They are historic, Victorian homes, with an interesting ambiance.\u00a0 Usually, 3 students share each house, having their own, private bedroom.\u00a0 There is also one apartment with shared rooms and overnight rooms.\u00a0 Students work together to keep their house clean and to cook for each other. No smoking or drinking is allowed.\u00a0 Prices range from $300 to $450 per month.\u00a0 Temporary housing is $15 per day or $75 per week. Includes Wi-fi.<\/p>\n

Housing Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. All residents are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their room and apartment.<\/li>\n
  2. Prepared meals must be eaten in the dining room or the kitchen.<\/li>\n
  3. Do not leave prepared food for more than a week in the fridge.<\/li>\n
  4. All dishes and cooking utensils are to be washed in the kitchen, including oven and stove. Please, do not let food or fat go down the drain<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Littering, inappropriate disposal of trash is not permitted<\/li>\n
    2. Persons living in the house are responsible for the removal of their garbage and trash from the house to the outside receptacles. It must be frequently, Daily if it is necessary.<\/li>\n
    3. The possession of unregistered firearms or handguns is prohibited.<\/li>\n
    4. Possession, usage or manufacture of controlled substances is illegal and prohibited.<\/li>\n
    5. No overnight guests in rooms are permitted<\/li>\n
    6. Any activity, which can be disturbance the peace such as loud music,\u00a0 scandals, and excessive noise is not permitted<\/li>\n
    7. The cleanliness and upkeep of the bathroom, bedroom, and halls on each floor are the individual responsibility of each resident on the floor. Please, don\u2019t throw paper in the toilet. Put toilet paper, sanitary products, etc., in the trash.12.\u00a0 Keep the porch clean and in good conditions.13.\u00a0 Make appropriate use of the furniture and households goods.14.\u00a0 Damages caused by neglect of the guest will be charged to your respective account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
